I love my avocado cream!
Recipe. FOR 2 PEOPLE
1 Avocado + 12 violets + 1 lemon + half a stock-cube + mix of freshly ground pepper + salt.
Squeeze the lemon and dissolve half stock-cube in a small glass of water. Slice the avocado in half, remove the core and peel it. Put the pulp obtained in a blender and process together with the lemon juice and the stock. Mix some freshly ground pepper, (I’ve chosen white, black, pink and green pepper) and add it to the blender with salt and 10 violets. Mix well with the blender and pour into the glasses, finally adding a little flower to decorate.
PS: remember what I told you last time about using edible flowers (that you can eat). Do not pick them up from your neighbor’s garden, otherwise you’ll have to blame the idiom that says “The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence”.
