Recipe. FOR 4 PEOPLE

1 loaf of bread + 4 fresh ricotta cheese + taggiasca olives + capers in salt + tomato sauce +  a teaspoon of oregano +  extra virgin olive oil + pepper.

Preheat the oven to 180° C (356°F). Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil (or if you prefer, use individual cups suitable for cooking in the oven), put a thick layer of tomato sauce and place the ricotta cheese. Season with olives, capers, oregano and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes. Before removing from the oven, toast the bread and serve. Bon appetit.
