You can do many things with San Carlo Rustica® chips!

If you have not seen my first creation yet, click here: plenty of fruit pearls will color your eyes. Today’s recipe is even more audacious, which is the essential ingredient for this challenge. We are used to contrasts of flavor, such as cured ham with melon or aged cheeses with fruit compotes, but we have never seen a potato chip with chocolate before in the kitchen of Taste of Runway! This potato chip is not just a simple chip: it is the San Carlo Rustica® chip created for the project in which you can take part too. Are you wondering what I am talking about? Remember to select my category: “eye on audacity” if aesthetics is important to you in every occasion. My recipe is eye-catching and artistic, creative and courageous. Is there a better way to have a good time with friends around a dark chocolate fondue? For the occasion, don’t be afraid to use all the decorations you want and dress your Rustica® however you like!


Recipe. FOR 4 PEOPLE

1 bag of San Carlo Rustica® potato chips + 200g (7 oz) dark chocolate + 100ml (3.5 fl oz) fresh cream + chocolate sprinkles (or other decorations you like).

Heat the cream in a double boiler. Add the chopped dark chocolate and let it melt. With a wooden spoon, stir everything until the mixture becomes thick and glossy. Immediately place the mixture into a container and put it at the center of the table. Dip the San Carlo Rustica® chips into the still warm chocolate and right away into the decorations you prefer (some advice? Chocolate sprinkles, sugar sprinkles or chopped hazelnuts and almonds).
