Let’s do a party? 4th act.

“Make up your life”…

The work of designer Rossella Jardini is a review of classical outfits dedicated to refined woman (something similar to Jackie Kennedy’s style). The classic shapes of elegant clothes are modernized through the use of unusual prints (nail polishes, eye-shadows, lipsticks, eyes with false eyelashes), lace and sequins patchwork of “sweet” colors. This mission has been accomplished by the creative staff, that was able to give a little sparkle to the 50’s-silhouette dresses. Today’s goal is not so complicated to achieve … if I was the creative director of Taste of Runway (actually I am the manager, but only of my creativity. In fact, sometimes not even that!), then we could say: if you worked with me today I would ask you to make our kitchen more modern, adding a touch of sparkle to our table. “Make up our dinner”: that could be the task of the day. I’m sure I would make this Parmesan cheese lollipops. What’s your suggestion?

500g (17.6 oz) Grated Parmesan cheese + poppy seeds + chives.

Preheat the oven to 180° C/356°F. Roll out some baking paper on the tray and, with the help of a pastry cutter of about 5cm diameter, shape 10 discs of Parmesan cheese, about 2 cm high. Remove the pastry cutter and carefully insert a skewer stick in each disc of Parmesan cheese, being careful not to damage the shape, then bake in preheated oven for a few minutes (about 2). Take out the tray with the cheese lollipops, still hot, cover with poppy seeds and a sprinkle with chives.
