400 g (14 oz) Greek feta cheese + 20 g (0.7 oz) mint + 2 garlic cloves + the zest of one lemon, cut into julienne strips + extra virgin olive oil + pepper.

Place the Greek feta into a glass baking dish, add the minced garlic, the washed mint and the zest of an organic lemon cut into julienne. Season lightly with a little oil and add a lot of pepper. Refrigerate for 24 hours, so that the feta will have a marinated and intense flavor, so fresh and special. Great to serve as an appetizer!
