Recipe. FOR 4 PEOPLE

1 cauliflower + 2 tablespoons of curry + 1 chili pepper + salt + extra virgin olive oil.

Wash the cauliflower and divide it into florets. In a large pot, fry the chopped chili pepper with oil. Then add the cauliflower and half a glass of water, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes. When it starts to get soft, add half a glass of water and the curry. Stir well. Continue cooking without the lid and keep some water handy, just in case you needed it.
