Recipe. FOR A JUG

Water + fresh mint + lime + ice.

This is a great trick to prepare your table with attention to the smallest details Please don’t use any water bottles especially if they are made of polythene terephthalate (between us: plastic) but use Grandma Pina’s crystal glasses instead, or the glass jar stolen from that good Roman restaurant. Let’s add lots of fresh crisp (washed) mint leaves and a lime (washed), cut into slices, fill it with water (still or sparkling) and let rest in refrigerator for at least an hour. Now bring this slightly mint flavored goodness to the table and add a few ice cubes. It ‘s so nice to see that it could also be tap water and no one will ever suspect!
