“There comes a time in every woman’s life when the only thing that helps is a glass of champagne.” Bette Davis
Dear fashion tasters, I am about to leave. Tomorrow I will be on a flight that will take me to Reims, to Madame Clicquot’s house. Yes, exactly her: the lady of Champagne. I’m goig to take so many pictures… There everything seems magic! Between a glass of champagne and the other, I will be delighted by experts who will tell me everything there is to know about Maison Veuve Clicquot. I am enthusiastic! In order to reproduce the typical colors of the label of the bottle, I cooked a sweet potato and spicy gorgonzola cheese pie. The color of this tuber is so vivid and bright that I have turned it into a good recipe to serve as an appetizer. Did you know that there is a psychology of color associated to vegetables? Orange is a mediator color, i.e. halfway between two extreme colors (yellow and red). It brings serenity, enthusiasm, optimism and balance. May the force of this color be with you!

Wash, dry, peel and finely slice the potatoes. Wash and chop the rosemary. Brush 4 aluminum cups with a little oil and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Fill the cups with layers of potatoes, seasoning them with rosemary, salt and pepper until you fill the whole cup.
