Taste of Runway made this cake with the aim of inspiring joy and in order to do this, we have chosen extraordinary ingredients such as chocolate, cocoa powder, butter, sugar, eggs, hazelnuts…

Recipe. FOR A RECTANGULAR MOLD (28x20cm)

100 g (3.5 oz) sugar + 150 g (5.2 oz) butter + 200 g (7 oz) + dark chocolate + 100 g (3.5 oz) flour (type 00) + 60 g walnuts + 2 eggs + 2 tablespoons cocoa powder + 1 teaspoon baking powder + 1 pinch of salt.

Put the butter in a saucepan and melt over low heat. Chop the chocolate coarsely into pieces and add it to the pan with the melted butter. Put the cocoa powder and stir well with a spatula to mix the ingredients. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, until warm. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and whip for 2 minutes, then slowly add the mixture (chocolate, butter and cocoa) previously obtained, the sifted flour and the baking powder. Mix well and finally add the hazelnuts chopped with a knife, while stirring thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold (about 28x20cm/11×8 inch) lined with baking paper. Bake at 189° (356° F) for 35 minutes. Once ready, let the cake stand in the oven for 10 minutes before cutting into cubes. Enjoy your brownies day!
