As warm and reassuring as a wool outfit, this lentil cream soup is good for your body and spirit. Inspired by the bright and intense colors of the Fendi collection, today’s recipe will bring a bit of peace and warmth to your table. What do you need to make it? Ricetta. FOR 4 PEOPLE

300 g (10,5 oz) dried lentils + 1 carrot + 1 white onion + rosemary + sage + olive oil + salt.

Soak the lentils for the time indicated on the package. Cut the onion, carrot, rosemary and sage finely and place in a large pot with plenty of oil. Sauté over low heat. Add the lentils and 500 ml (17 fl oz) water. Cover with a lid and simmer for about 30 minutes, adding water as needed. With an immersion blender, blend until smooth and creamy, season with salt and serve hot with croutons and a drizzle of olive oil.
