For the “homemade aperitif” series, a Negroni sbagliato is what you need. With its sweet taste, it will gently entice your guests’ senses, leaving them with a feeling of sparkling euphoria. Created in 1972, it is the result of a mistake made by the bartender who used sparkling wine instead of gin (from which the name “sbagliato”, meaning “wrong” in Italian). A mistake that was so successful that should make us think about everything that, in general, we consider wrong. I think we would all need a more creative approach to life, which would not exclude any possibility, and which would remove judgment from our mouths. Someone would call it “enlightenment”. It should be an inner journey that each of us should take, in search of the true essence of life, which is made up of many different shades. Try to discuss it with your friends over a glass of Negroni sbagliato.
Here you have an easy recipe to make a perfect homemade “Negroni sbagliato”, inspired by a Balmain outfit, and the April picture of the Campari calendar featuring the beautiful Kate Hudson. May the aperitif be with you!
